Dairy-Free Faux Eggnog

Recipe for a smooth eggnog-like beverage.

Directions

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Soy Milk, chilled
  • 21 ounces Silken Tofu
  • 23 cup Honey, or brown rice syrup
  • pinch Sea Salt

Step 1

Blend first 4 ingredients together until smooth.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cold Water
  • 1 cup Rum, cold
  • 2 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract

Step 2

Whisk in the water, rum and vanilla. Cover and refrigerate.

Ingredients

  • 20 Ice Cubes

Step 3

When ready to serve, blend half the mixture with 10 ice cubes until smooth, then repeat with remaining mixture and ice.

  • Cinnamon

Step 4

Serve cold with sprinkles of cinnamon, if desired. Makes 10 servings.
