Delicious Raw Breakfast Oatmeal

Start your day with this RAW blend of oatmeal,fruits and nuts. Turned off by the sound of RAW? Give it a try - you will be suprised how delicious this really is!



  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 tablespoon Raisins
  • 1 14 cups Water
  • 1 tablespoon Raw Almonds

Step 1

Place ingredients into blender and let sit overnight.


  • 12 medium Apple, cut into cubes.

Step 2

Cut up apple and add to the saturdated oats etc etc.


  • 3 Ice Cubes

Step 3

Add in ice and blend until smoothie consistency.

Step 4

Enjoy with a straw or spoon - whichever you prefer! A great, energizing and healthy start to your day!
