Step 1
Peel eggs; cut in half crosswise. Carefully scoop out yolks; preserve.

Step 2
Puree the yolks, mayonnaise and lemon juice in a food processor until smooth; season with salt and pepper to taste. Transfer mixture to PASTRY BAG and PIPE carefully into egg halves.

Sprinkle with parsley and paprika; refrigerate until ready to serve.
