If you are ready for a spicy yet flavorful chili this is it. It is not for someone who does not like Spicy, the name says it all.

Ingredients
Step 1
Place bacon in a large soup pot. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain excess grease,
leaving enough to coat bottom of pot Remove bacon, drain on paper towels and chop.

Brown beef and pork in pot over medium high heat and season beef while browning with a couple shakes of black pepper, chili powder and cumin just enough to give
it some extra flavor

When meat is browned, stir in the bell peppers, onion, jalapeno peppers, habanero peppers, Anaheim peppers, garlic, cumin, red pepper flakes, chili powder, beef broth, crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, beer, cheese, corn, tomato paste, Tabasco sauce, beans and bacon.

Step 4
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 90-120 minutes depending on how long you have and how liquidy you like you chili I like less liquid so I give it the full 120, stirring occasionally.
