Dijon Vinaigrette

Simple French salad dressing. This can be adapted with alternate vinegars, such as tarragon infused white wine vinegar.



  • 1 clove Garlic, peeled
  • 12 teaspoon Fine Sea Salt

Step 1

Directly in salad bowl (preferably wooden), crush garlic with salt using a fork.


  • 2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
  • 12 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 14 teaspoon Fine Ground Black Pepper, fresh ground

Step 2

Mix in vinegar, mustard, and pepper, stirring with fork.


  • 3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Step 3

Adding a few drops at a time, mix oil into mixture, stirring well so mixture thickens.

Step 4

Add salad greens immediately before serving and toss.
