Disappearing Beef Fillet Steak

I just threw this together today and didn't measure anything, so ingredients are to taste. It's seriously the most delicious steak I've ever had in my life!!!



  • Beef Fillet Steak
  • Montreal Steak Seasoning, mccormicks grill mates brand
  • Liquid Amino Acids, (or soy sauce)

Step 1

At least 8 hours before cooking, put about a teaspoon of liquid aminos in the bottom of a glass dish, coat both sides of steak with seasoning and place in glass dish, coating the bottom with the aminos. Add aminos to tops of steaks and refrigerate until ready to cook. Cook until desired doneness.
