Ingredients

  • 1 pound Dungeness Crab Meat, cleaned

Step 1

Break up the dungeness crab meat.

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons Red Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Celery, chopped
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 pinch Chili Powder
  • 1 pinch Paprika
  • 2 teaspoons Scallion, chopped

Step 2

Add peppers, celery, scallions, and spices.

  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise

Step 3

Add mayonnaise. Combine in bowl to form paste.

Ingredients

  • 1 Egg, whipped
  • 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs

Step 4

Then add eggs and bread crumbs to thicken. Form into round crab cakes.

Ingredients

  • Olive Oil

Step 5

Deep fry or sauté in olive oil. Serve crab cakes with greens and balsamic vinaigrette.
