Easy Coconut Flan

Directions

 

Step 1

Preheat oven to 300°F

Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Granulated Sugar
  • 13 cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Step 2

In a bowl whisk the eggs and the sugar. Then, add flour and vanilla and whisk again.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Coconut Milk
  • 2 cups Milk, Concentrated, unsweetened

Step 3

Add both milks and stir well.
 

Step 4

Pour into flan dish (or pie dish) and bake in a bain-marie (double-boiler) for about 40 to 45 minutes, or until it has taken (congealed).
 

Step 5

Let cool off, then powder top with shredded coconut and refrigerate.
