Easy Fish Tacos

Directions

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mexican Crema
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Mexican Hot Sauce, such as cholla

Step 1

Mix crema, hot sauce and lime juice. Refrigerate for an hour.

Ingredients

  • 8 Prepared Frozen Fish Fillets, battered or grilled
  • Coleslaw Mix or Chopped Cabbage, with or without coleslaw dressing
  • 8 Corn Tortillas
  • Olive Oil

Step 2

Bake fish as directed on package. Mix coleslaw (you can use the coleslaw dressing if you prefer, or just plain cabbage. I use the dressing.) When fish is done, brush a little oil in skillet. Warm tortillas. To assemble - place one fish fillet in tortilla. Top with coleslaw and crema mixture.
