Easy Turkey Lasagna

  • 1 12 pounds Lean Ground Turkey
  • 1 jar Pasta Sauce, Tomato Basil (26 ounce jar)
  • Cooking Spray
  • 9 Lasagna Noodles, precooked
  • 1 carton Lowfat Cottage Cheese, (16 oz)
  • 2 cups Finely Shredded Low Fat Mozzarella Cheese
  • 14 Hot Water

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2

Heat large skillet and cook turkey, stirring to crumble. Add sauce, bring to a boil. Remove from heat.

Step 3

Spray a 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray. Spread 1 cup turkey mixture in bottom of dish. Arrange 3 noodles over turkey mixture; top with half of cottage cheese, 1 cup turkey mixture, and 2/3 cup mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers once, placing last 3 noodles directly on cheese and topping with remaining 2 cups turkey mixture and 2/3 cup mozzarella cheese. Pour water around inside edges of dish onto edges of noodles.

Step 4

Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Cut into 10 equal portions. WW points 6
