Egg Salad For Sandwiches

  • 8 Eggs

Step 1

Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Cover and let eggs stand in hot water for 12 minutes. Remove from hot water, cool, peel and chop.


  • 12 cup Mayo
  • 1 teaspoon Yellow Mustard
  • 14 cup Green Onion, chopped
  • 14 teaspoon Paprika
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Step 2

Stir together the mayo, mustard and green onion. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Mix in the chopped eggs.
