Classic eggs benedict, using hollendaise sauce mix

Step 1
Prepare Hollandaise sauce from mix according to directions.

In small skillet, lightly brown Canadian bacon.

Step 3
Split and toast English muffins.

Ingredients
Step 4
Poach eggs to desired degree of doneness, classically with yolks still uncooked.

Step 5
On each English muffin half, place a slice of Canadian bacon. On top of that, place a poached egg. Cover with Hollandaise sauce and serve immediately.
