Classic eggs benedict, using hollendaise sauce mix

Directions

Ingredients

  • 1 package Hollandaise Sauce Mix, I prefer Knorr
  • 1 cup Milk, as required by Hollandaise sauce mix
  • 2 tablespoons Butter, as required by Hollandaise sauce mix

Step 1

Prepare Hollandaise sauce from mix according to directions.

Ingredients

  • 8 slices Canadian Bacon

Step 2

In small skillet, lightly brown Canadian bacon.

Ingredients

  • 4 English Muffins

Step 3

Split and toast English muffins.

Ingredients

  • 8 Eggs

Step 4

Poach eggs to desired degree of doneness, classically with yolks still uncooked.
 

Step 5

On each English muffin half, place a slice of Canadian bacon. On top of that, place a poached egg. Cover with Hollandaise sauce and serve immediately.
