  • 1 large Avocado, halved, pitted, and peeled
  • 1 Round Tomato, diced
  • 2 tablespoons Red Onion, diced
  • Sprouts
  • 14 teaspoon Chili Powder, or a dash of cayenne
  • Several Romaine or Iceberg Lettuce Leaves

Step 1

Mash avocado and combine with tomato, onion, sprouts, and chili powder. Roll up in lettuce leaves and serve.
