Directions

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fresh Garbanzo Beans (Chickpeas), soaked in water for 12 hours
  • Salt, (less than a teaspoon deleted), pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds, heaping tablespoon
  • 12 small Onion, chopped
  • 12 cup Fresh Coriander, chopped
  • 13 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Soda, Deleted
  • 5 cloves Garlic, chopped
  • 2 slices Bread, crumbs and black (you can crumble in a food processor)
  • Oil, for deep frying
