Fast Family Fajitas

  • 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts

Step 1

Cut chicken into thin strips. Heat skillet over medium heat. Add 1 tsp oil and chicken. Stir fry 3-4 minutes until chicken is no longer pink. Remove from skillet, set aside.


  • 2 teaspoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1 medium Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 medium Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Garlic Clove, pressed

Step 2

Add remaining oils to pan and stir fry peppers and garlic for 1-2 minutes longer or until vegies are crisp-tender.


  • 1 envelope Dry Onion Soup Mix
  • 12 cup Water
  • 12 cup Salsa

Step 3

Add chicken, soup mix, water and salsa t bell pepper mixture. Cook and stir 2-3 minutes or until heated through.


  • 12 Flour Tortillas

Step 4

O serve, place chicken mixture in center of tortillas. Serve with toppings, if desired. Topping choices: guacamole, additional salsa, shredded colby or jack cheese blend, sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, refried beans.
