*Fast Red Pepper Steak

This is an easy meal that you can whip up at the last minute, but still have FRESH FRESH taste!



  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 2 Sliced Beef, or chicken, I highly recommend the thinly sliced Angus Beef Steak by John Soules Foods--You can find it at Walmart!

Step 1

Heat the meat of your choice in a fry pan until heated through, and sizzling. Add the chopped peppers and saute together, adding a little salt and pepper, and any other seasoning you'd like. (I used a chili-lime seasoning)

Step 2

When you are ready to serve, you have a few options: -Place the meat and pepper dish on top of fresh spinach, drizzle with a little of your favorite dressing, along with a splash of your favorite hot sauce (I use Tapitio!) Chopped avocado would be magical on this! -Kiddos love making sandwiches out of the mixture, with a little cheese and some light mayo. -Wrap it up in a wheat tortilla, or a couple of corn tortillas, and serve with a dallop of greek yogurt on top.
