Feta Garlic Dressing

Serve it on crisp greens and raw vegetables and then pass the after dinner mints -- this isn't for the fainthearted.

Directions

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Olive Oil
  • 3 tablespoons Vinegar
  • 3 Peeled Garlic Cloves, pressed
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Dill Weed
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 12 cups Feta Cheese, grated

Step 1

In a blender or food processor, whirl all the ingredients except the milk for 1 minute.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Milk, or buttermilk

Step 2

With the blender running, slowly pour in the milk. As soon as the dressing thickens, turn off the blender or the dressing will separate and become runny. It should be thick and creamy. Chill for at least 30 minutes so the flavors meld.
 

Step 3

Refrigerated and tightly covered, Feta Garlic Dressing will stay fresh for three or four days. If the dressing separates, simple reblend it.
