Directions

Ingredients

  • 4 Fish, Tilapia, Salmon or haddock cut into filet

Step 1

Fish is cleaned and placed into baking tray.

Ingredients

  • 1 head Garlic
  • Olive Oil, for glazing
  • Fresh Mushrooms
  • Salt

Step 2

Garlic is peeled, placed in oil and sauteed in low heat for a few minutes (5-7 min). Add cleaned mushrooms (whole or cut into large pieces) to the garlic and olive oil, add salt. Cook for 10 minutes and then pull off heat.
 

Step 3

Glaze the fish in the tray with the oily garlic and mushrooms, us all excess oil. add salt to taste.

Ingredients

  • 8 sticks Asparagus

Step 4

Clean asparagus and add to the side of the fish, make sure asparagus is smothered in the oil.
 

Step 5

Pre heat oven to 400 F, cook until fish is done (usually around 20-30 minutes). Don't over cook fish.
