These crunchy fish sticks are kid pleasing!

Directions

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 12 cups Corn Flakes Cereal, crushed

Step 1

Combine 1 TBL Olive oil with cornflakes in a shallow dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 large Egg White
  • 14 cup Flour

Step 2

In another shallow dish beat egg whites until foamy. spread flour in a thin layer in a third dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 12 pounds White Fish Fillet, cut into 5 X 1 inch strips
  • 14 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 14 teaspoon Salt

Step 3

. Season fish with 1/4 t salt and cayenne. coat with flour, then dip into egg whites and dredge in crumb mixture. Arrange fish in a single layer on pan spread with foil
 

Step 4

Place baking rack in position closest to broiler. preheat oven to 450. Back until cooked through -- about 6-8 minutes, turning midway through. for extra crunch, set oven control to broil and broil fish about another 2 minutes until crumbs are golden brown.
