Five-Spice Pork Chops with Strawberry Salsa

  • 4 Boneless Pork Loin Chops
  • 1 12 teaspoons Five Spice Powder
  • 14 teaspoon Salt, divided
  • 2 cups Strawberries, coarsely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger, grated and peeled
  • 2 teaspoons Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • 14 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Olive Oil

Step 1

Sprinkle pork with five spice powder and 1/8 teaspoon salt.

Step 2

Combine strawberries, next 4 ingredients, and remaining 1/8 teaspoon salt in a medium bowl; toss gently, and set aside.

Step 3

Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add pork, and cook 4 minutes on each side or until done. Serve strawberry salsa over pork. WW points 5.
