Five-Spiced Glazed Salmon

  • 14 cup Honey
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4 teaspoons Low Salt Soy Sauce
  • 1 12 teaspoons Five Spice Powder

Step 1

whisk together in a small bowl


  • 24 ounces Salmon, skin-on, cut into 6-oz portions, (preferably wild), pin bones and scales removed

Step 2

put salmon skin side down on large plate and pour the honey mixture over it. Flip the fillets so they are skin side up and let the fish marinate for 15 minutes at room temperature


  • Non-Stick Cooking Spray

Step 3

line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil and coat with cooking spray. Position a rack 6 inches from the broiler and heat the broiler on high.

Step 4

arrange the salmon skin side down on the baking sheet and brush the fish with any remaining marinate from the plate. Broil for 3 minutes, repositioning salmon as necessary to ensure even cooking. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until salmon is cooked.
