Florentine Artichoke Dip

Florentine Artichoke Dip

A party dip for sure.



Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease a 7x11 inch baking dish.


  • 12 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 packages Cream Cheese, 8 oz each

Step 2

In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.


  • 1 Canned Artichoke Hearts, drained, chopped
  • 10 ounces Frozen Chopped Spinach, thawed, drained, squeezed dry
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 3 cloves Minced Garlic

Step 3

Mix in the artichoke hearts, spinach and Parmesan cheese. Season with garlic and lemon juice. Spread evenly into the prepared baking dish.

Step 4

Bake covered for 20 minutes. Remove the cover, and let the dish bake uncovered for 5 more minutes, or until the surface is lightly browned.
