Directions

Ingredients

  • 1 12 pounds Chicken Breast, cooked-you can cube if you want
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 2 Gallon-Sized Zip Top Freezer Bags
  • 14 12 ounces Diced Tomatoes
  • 6 ounces Stuffing Mix
  • 12 cup Water
  • 2 cloves Garlic

Step 1

Place chicken, Italian seasoning and cheese in a freezer bag. Serving Day: Place chicken mixture in bottom of sprayed 9x13 dish. Place 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes in a bowl, add 6 oz chicken stuffing mix, ½ cup water and 2 cloves garlic. Top chicken with stuffing mixture. Bake covered @ 400 for 30-45 min or until heated through.
