Ingredients

  • 3 pounds Chuck Roast, uncooked
  • 2 Gallon-Sized Zip Top Freezer Bags
  • 2 tablespoons Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Horseradish
  • 1 cup Tomato Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • 12 Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Margarine
  • 6 Buns

Step 1

Place all ingredients in a freezer bag. Serving Day: Place bagged ingredients in a slow cooker and cook all day on low. Serve on buns
