French Green Salad

  • 1 head Lettuce, (butter, limestone, or red leaf), chopped
  • 1 cup Arugula, chopped (optional)
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 14 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt, to taste
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste

Step 1

Combine greens in a large bowl. Add oil and toss well. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper, and toss gently. Serves 2.
