French Toast Pocket

  • 2 slices Whole Wheat Bread
  • 1 Strawberry, thinly sliced
  • 3 Blueberries
  • 14 teaspoon Cinnamon Sugar, equal parts cinnamon to sugar

Step 1

Using a rolling pin, flatten both pieces of bread. Place strawberry slices, blueberries and cinnamon sugar in the center of one slice of bread and place the remaining slice on top.

Step 2

Cut into a circle using a cookie cutter or small cup. Crimp the edges to seal them, with a fork.


  • 1 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
  • Maple Syrup

Step 3

To prepare like traditional French Toast, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and cook until browned on both sides, about 4 minutes. Serve with maple syrup.

Step 4

Serve immediately or you can wrap them in saran wrap, then foil and freeze them. Thaw when ready to eat.
