Fresh Grape Salsa

Directions

 

Step 1

Prep: Coarsely chop grapes; chop green onion and cilantro; dice chiles; mince garlic.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Red Seedless Grapes
  • 12 cup Green Onion, chopped
  • 12 cup Anaheim Pepper, diced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 12 teaspoon Salt
  • 18 teaspoon Hot Pepper Sauce

Step 2

Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well.
 

Step 3

Let stand for at least 1 hour
 

Step 4

Drain off excess liquid before serving.

Ingredients

  • 1 French Baguette

Step 5

Serve with tortilla chips or sliced baguette. Makes 6 servings.
