Ingredients

  • 1 12 cups Buttermilk
  • 2 Eggs, whisked
  • 8 Chicken Pieces, wings, thighs, legs, etc.

Step 1

Whisk together the buttermilk and eggs. Add chicken. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

  • 2 cups Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 12 tablespoon Thyme
  • 12 tablespoon Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Celery Salt
  • 12 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger
  • 1 tablespoon White Pepper

Step 2

Mix seasonings then coat chicken in it. Fry until browned.
