Frozen Banana Cream

  • 3 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • 3 tablespoons Sucanat (Sugar Cane Natural), or packed brown sugar
  • 12 cup Soy Milk

Step 1

In a small saucepan, bring the cocoa, sucanat, and milk to a boil. Reduce the heat and cook until slightly thickened, while stirring constantly. Remove from the heat and set aside.


  • 4 Bananas, frozen
  • 12 cup Non-Dairy Milk
  • 12 teaspoon Vanilla Extract, optional

Step 2

In a food processor blend the bananas, milk, and vanilla (if using) until smooth. Portion the banana mixture into serving bowls. Drizzle the sauce on top of the banana cream and serve immediately.
