Fruit Roll Ups

Step 1

Preheat oven to 170 degrees. Put a nonstick baking mat onto a baking sheet with a lip - to avoid spill over.


  • 1 pound Strawberries, or raspberries, peaches, bananas, etc
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Agave

Step 2

Puree together until smooth. Pour onto prepared baking sheet, smooth evenly - leaving a border all the way around. Bake for 6-7 hours, until dehydrated.

Step 3

Place parchment paper over the dehydrated fruit. Peel the fruit from the baking mat and lay down. Cut into strips and roll up (parchment outwards).
