Fruit Smoothie Combos

Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

Step 1

1/3 cup blanched almonds + 1 1/4 cup water + 1 1/2 cup orange juice + 1 orange.
 

Step 2

1 cup orange or apple juice + 1 fresh or frozen banana + 1/4 papaya, 1 cored apple, 1 peach, 1 cup strawberries, OR 1-2 cups any fruit of your choice.
 

Step 3

1 cup orange, apple, or tangerine juice + 1 cup fresh or frozen berries + 1 or 2 large fresh or frozen bananas.
 

Step 4

1/2 cup apple juice or water + 2 large apples, peeled & quartered + 1/2 tsp cinnamon or nutmeg (or 1/4 tsp each) + (optional) 1 fresh or frozen banana or 1/2 papaya or 2 ripe persimmons (very soft)
 

Step 5

1/4 cup blanched almonds thoroughly blended with 1 cup water + 2 frozen bananas + 1/8 tsp nutmeg OR 1 Tbsp carob powder.
 

Step 6

2 parts watermelon + 1 part cantaloupe + 1 part honeydew.
