Garlic And Balsamic Roasted Mushrooms

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425 and line a baking sheet(with a rim) with aluminum foil. Alternatively, spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.


  • 2 pounds Fresh Mushrooms
  • 14 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Thyme, minced
  • 1 Salt and Pepper
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic

Step 2

Toss the mushrooms with garlic, oil, vinegar, thyme and salt and pepper. Spread out on baking sheet.

Step 3

Bake for 20-25 minutes, giving the pan a shake about halfway through.
