Garlic Lime Flank Steak

  • 2 pounds Flank Steak, trimmed
  • 14 cup Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 4 large Garlic Clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 12 teaspoon Salt
  • Cooking Spray

Step 1

Score a diamond pattern on both sides of steak.

Step 2

Combine steak and next 4 ingredients in a ziploc bag. Marinate in fridge 8 hours.

Step 3

Remove steak from bag; discard marinade. Sprinkle evenly with salt. Place on grill coated with cooking spray. Grill 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until done. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut steak diagonally across the grain into thin slices. WW points 5.
