Garlic Parmesan Cream Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 12 cups Half and Half

Step 1

Fry garlic in any leftover pan juices/scrappings you have leftover. Until fragrant (1 minute). reduce heat to low and add mustard and 1/2-1/2.


  • 12 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 12 teaspoon Cornstarch, nix 1/2 tsp cornstarch with2 tsp water
  • 1 Salt and Pepper, too taste

Step 2

Bring sauce to a gentle simmer add in any cooked mushrooms and parmesan cheese. Allow the sauce to simmer until the parmesa cheese has melted. If sauce is too runny , add corstarch misture into the center of the pan and mix through fast to combine into the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.


  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped

Step 3

Pour over main course and top with parsley.
