Garlic Parmesan Macaroni

  • 8 ounces Pasta, pasta of your choice (cavatappi)

Step 1

Boil pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.


  • 12 cup Milk, 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons
  • 3 Garlic Cloves, large

Step 2

In a small sauce pan, add milk and garlic cloves. Simmer fora few minutes until garlic softens. Remove garlic from milk.


  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons All-Purpose Flour

Step 3

In a medium sauce pan, melt butter. Once butter is melted, add flour and whisk until smooth roux forms. Add milk into roux.


  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 12 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Parmesan
  • 12 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 12 teaspoon Ground Dry Mustard

Step 4

Add to roux: heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, and dry mustard. Bring sauce pan to medium heat. Whisk and stir until cheese is completely melted and sauce is thick and smooth.

Step 5

Add cooked pasta to cheese sauce, stirring until pasta is evenly coated. Add in cooked chicken if desired, or your favorite veggies. Garnish with parsley and ground pepper if desired before serving.
