Makes: 24 servings adjust

  • Plain Toothpicks

Step 1

Soak toothpicks in water for 20 min before baking. Be sure to use plain (not colored) as the color will bleed through.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • 20 ounces Canned Pineapple Chunks, reserve juice
  • 14 ounces Regular Kielbasa, sliced

Step 3

Place a piece of pineapple on top of a slice of kielbasa and place on the parchment paper. Wait to put the toothpicks in until after the glaze - as the glaze can burn the toothpick in the oven.

  • 3 tablespoons Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Pineapple Juice, from can

Step 4

Combine the teriyaki, sweet chili sauce, honey and pineapple juice until well mixed. Glaze the kielbasa and pineapple bites. Stick each portion with a toothpick.

Step 5

Bake for 15-20 minutes until hot. Let cool slightly and serve warm.
