Ingredients
Step 1
Place potatoes in pot and cover with stock.
|
Step 2
Bring to a boil, turn heat to medium/low and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are soft.

While potatoes are cooking, saute onion and garlic in 1 tbsp. olive oil until golden.

Step 4
Drain potatoes and place in a large mixing bowl.

Pour onions and garlic, stock, salt, pepper, hot sauce, goat cheese on top of potatoes.

Step 6
Mash together with a potato masher or hand mixer until combined.

Top with additional black pepper and serve!
