Grandma's Breakfast Casserole

An egg and sausage casserole perfect for brunch or holiday breakfasts.

Directions

Ingredients

  • 2 12 cups Seasoned Salad Croutons
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Step 1

Grease bottom of casserole dish and cover with croutons and cover with 1 1/2 cups cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 12 pounds Breakfast Sausage Links

Step 2

Brown sausage and cut into bit size pieces. Add to casserole dish.

Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 12 Milk
  • 14 teaspoon Salt
  • 34 teaspoon Ground Dry Mustard

Step 3

Beat eggs, 2 1/2 cup milk, salt, and dry mustard. Pour over the other ingredients. Put in refrigerator over night.

Ingredients

  • 1 can Canned Cream of Mushroom Soup, diluted with 1/2 cup milk

Step 4

Before baking, mix soup and milk. Pour over casserole and top with remaining cheese.
 

Step 5

Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees.
