Greek 7-Layer Dip

The combination of the creamy hummus, the tart and garlicky tzatziki, the juicy tomatoes and crunch cucumbers, the salty olives and feta is simply fantastic!

This dip is perfect for anyone looking for a healthier alternative for snacking this Super Bowl Sunday.



  • 1 cup Tomatoes, diced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 12 teaspoon Dried Oregano

Step 1

Mix tomatoes, lemon juice and oregano together.


  • 1 12 cups Hummus, (see recipe)
  • 1 cup Tzatziki Sauce, (see recipe)
  • 12 cup Cucumber, diced
  • 14 cup Red Onion, chopped small
  • 14 cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
  • 14 cup Kalamata Olives, pitted and coarsely chopped
  • 1 handful Fresh Mint, coarsley chopped

Step 2

Layer the dip into a small casserole or serving dish in this order: Hummus, tzatziki sauce, tomato mixture, cucumber, red onion, feta, kalamata olives and mint.


  • 4 Whole Wheat Pita Bread, cut into triangles and toasted until crispy

Step 3

Use pita wedges for dipping.
