Ingredients

  • 1 cup Canned Garbanzos (Chickpeas), drained and rinsed
  • 18 teaspoon Pepper
  • 14 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 12 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Garlic Clove, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Grated Parmesan
  • 12 cup Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
  • 1 Canned Artichoke Hearts, chopped
  • 18 teaspoon Onion Powder

Step 1

In a food processor, process the chickpeas until chopped. Add the artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, Parmesan, lemon juice, garlic, and seasonings, and blend until pureed.
