Greek French Toast with Honey Syrup |

Step 1
preheat oven to 350 degrees

slice bread into 8 1-inch thick slices

combine eggs, cream, vanilla and cinnamon
Soak bread in mixture until saturated
|
Step 4
In a hot pan, brown one side of the bread with clarified butter, flip and brown the other side.
Then place the bread on a cooking sheet and finish cooking in the oven for about 10 minutes.

For honey syrup, combine all ingredients and boil for 1 hour until you get a syrup-like consistency
