Grilled Chicken Salad with Tarragon

Chicken salad will never be the same after making it with grilled chicken.



  • 2 Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • 12 cup Bottled Italian Dressing

Step 1

Slice chicken breasts to half thickness. Marinate in Italian dressing at least 30 minutes, up to overnight. Grill chicken until just done. Dice into cubes and refrigerate until cool.


  • 12 cup Celery, diced
  • 3 tablespoons Fresh Tarragon, chopped finely
  • 14 cup Canola Mayonnaise
  • 14 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 34 teaspoon Fine Sea Salt
  • 12 teaspoon Fine Ground Black Pepper

Step 2

Mix remaining ingredients into cooled, cubed chicken. Serve with salad garnishes or on sandwiches. Can easily be made ahead and refrigerated.
