Grilled Chicken Sandwiches

These are best when loaded up with condiments. An alternative to hamburgers.



  • 1 14 pounds Boneless Chicken Breast, halved into cutlets
  • 14 cup Bottled Italian Dressing

Step 1

Hold chicken breasts to cutting board and cut them into thinner cutlets. Marinate 30 minutes or more in Italian dressing.


  • 12 cup Barbecue Sauce
  • 4 Onion Buns, sliced

Step 2

Grill chicken breasts over high heat. At final turning, brush on barbeque sauce, turning once and removing before sauce burns. Toast buns.


  • 14 cup Sweet Pickle Relish
  • 1 Tomato, sliced thinly
  • 12 Maya Onion, sliced thinly
  • 14 cup Mayonnaise
  • 14 cup Dijon Mustard
  • 18 head Iceberg Lettuce

Step 3

Assemble and garnish sandwiches liberally.
