Grilled Lamb Marinade

We like grilling an entire butterflied leg of lamb. This is my favorite marinade.



  • 2 Yellow Onions, medium, cubed
  • 6 cloves Garlic, peeled
  • 12 cup Olive Oil
  • 3 12 tablespoons Chili Powder
  • 1 12 tablespoons Ground Cumin
  • 1 12 tablespoons Dried Ground Oregano
  • 2 12 teaspoons Salt
  • 14 cup Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 3 Jalapeno Peppers, seeded

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth.

Step 2

Marinate lamb (overnight for larger pieces) and grill as desired.
