Grilled Roast Beef Sandwiches

Grilled Roast Beef Sandwiches

  • 1 can Green Chilies, drained
  • 2 tablespoons Mayo
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 10 slices Rye Bread

Step 1

Combine the chilies, mayo and mustard. Spread about 1 Tbsp on each side of each slice of bread.


  • 5 slices Swiss Cheese
  • 10 slices Roast Beef, thinly sliced

Step 2

Top 5 slices of bread with 1 slice of cheese and 2 slices of beef, cover with remaining bread.


  • 2 tablespoons Butter, softened

Step 3

Butter the outsides of the bread. In a skillet over medium heat, toast sandwiches for 4-5 minutes on each side oruntil bread is lightly browned and cheese is melted.


  • Salsa, optional

Step 4

Serve with salsa if desired. Also good with a salad of tomatoes and sliced avocados.
