  • 4 Avocados

Step 1

Get the pulp out of the avocados. Do not throw out the seeds.


  • 2 Limes
  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder
  • Salt and Pepper

Step 2

Juice 1 lime at a time, mix into avocados. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper - to taste.


  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 Serrano Pepper
  • 12 Red Onion

Step 3

Dice tomatoes, onion, cilantro and serrano (seeded). Mix into the avocado mixture.

Step 4

Add the seeds into the mixture and cover with plastic wrap, pushing the wrap down onto the top of the guacamole, leaving no air. Then cover the container again with a lid or more plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least an hour.
