Ham And Cheese Egg Loaf

  • 6 Eggs
  • 34 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Yellow Mustard

Step 1

Heat oven to 350. In mixing bowl, beat eggs until frothy, about 1 minute. Add milk and mustard.


  • 1 12 cups Flour
  • 2 12 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 14 teaspoon Salt

Step 2

Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Add to egg mixture and beat until smooth.


  • 6 Bacon Strips, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Ham, cubed
  • 4 ounces Cheddar Cheese, cubed
  • 4 ounces Monterey Jack Cheese, cubed

Step 3

Stir in bacon, ham and cheeses. Transfer to a greased and floured 9x5 loaf pan. Bake 55-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Run a knife around edge of pan to loosen. Slice and serve warm. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
