Ham & Pineapple Bake

modified from BC recipe to make 10 servings. Also subbed Dijon for yellow mustard and Cheddar for Colby-Jack.



Step 1

Heat oven to 400. Spray 9" pie plate with cooking spray.


  • 2 cups Cooked Ham, chopped
  • 10 12 ounces Crushed Pineapple
  • 4 Green Onions, sliced

Step 2

Sprinkle Ham, pineapple and onions in pie plate.


  • 10 12 cups Bisquick
  • 10 12 ounces Milk
  • 3 Eggs
  • 3 teaspoons Dijon Mustard

Step 3

In bowl, mix Bisquick, milk, eggs, and mustard. Pour over ham mixture.


  • 1 12 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Step 4

Top with cheese.

Step 5

Bake uncovered about 25 minutes. Remove from oven and turn off. Top with cheese. Return to hot oven (off) for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
