Directions

Ingredients

  • 4 small Potato, peeled and divided
  • 1 small White Onion, chopped
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • 12 teaspoon Salt
  • 12 teaspoon Pepper

Step 1

Place potatoes, onions and carrots into crock pot. Pour the beef broth and cream of mushroom soup over the vegetables then add seasonings and stir. Cover and cook for 6 hours on LOW or 3 hours on HIGH.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese

Step 2

45 minutes before serving, brown ground beef in large skillet over high heat. Drain excess grease then put into the crock pot. Add the cheese and cream cheese into the crock pot then cook for 30 minutes more - until cheese is melted.
 

Step 3

Top with your favorite toppings: tomatoes, green onions, cheddar cheese, bacon bits, toasted sesame seed bun cut into croutons.
