Harvest Corn Chowder

A delightful raw/vegan soup that is super tasty. Fresh Field Corn creamed with pine nuts and walnuts, with a hint of fresh ground cumin.



  • 1 12 Thai Baby Coconut Water
  • 2 cups Fresh Corn, cut from the cob
  • 12 cup Pine Nuts, raw
  • 12 cup Walnuts, raw
  • 2 cloves Garlic, peeled
  • 14 cup Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 14 cup Nama Shoyu
  • 12 teaspoon Ground Cumin

Step 1

In a high speed blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into a serving bowl. Using a ladle, remove and discard any foam that rises to the top.

Step 2

Garnish corn kernels, cut from the cob.
